Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:
    • U.S. Orders: 5-7 business days ($4.90)
    • International Orders: 7-21 business days (varies by country and customs processing) 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
  • Some countries may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please check with the shipping carrier first.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for reshipment costs.

Returns & Exchanges

 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and not damaged to qualify for a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
